This is a modification to the Mini Jellyfish Pattern by HeartSprikle. You will need to purchase her pattern in order to complete this project.
I absolutely love silly things and lately I have been on a Zombie kick! It started with making Zombies out of Heartsprinkle's jellies. Since then I've turned my mermaids and bunnies into Zombies as well.
Materials:
- Mini Jellyfish Pattern
- G Hook *Note – I use an H hook for the head and a G hook for the trim and tentacles, use whatever you are comfortable with.
- Worsted weight yarn in green, grey/black, pink and red. I used: ILTY Mid Green, ILTY Stonewashed in Dark Grey, Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice in Pink, Red Heart Super Saver in Red.
- Black cotton yarn for the stitches
- 13mm safety eyes
- Polyfil
- Scissors
- Yarn needle
Mini Zombie Jelly:
Make the jellyfish as directed. When adding the eye, place only one safety eye. Using the black cotton, stitch an X where the other eye would be and stitch on any scars you’d like.
For the trim, use the greyish black color.
Middle tentacle: pink
Small tentacle: make 2, one in green and the other in trim color and place in the front
Medium tentacle: make 2, one in green and the other in trim color and place towards the back
Other tentacles: make at least 2 in red
